
The Manager II, Quality, will lead Quality team members and specialists across multiple shifts and facilities dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service for Chick-Fil-A restaurant Operators while ensuring food safety and the achievement of several critical key performance indicators (KPIs). This role will support multiple seamless lab and manufacturing operations. The Quality Manager II will help drive continued innovation and provide quality systems in leadership, supervision and training to BCF manufacturing facilities. You will lead quality and food safety teams following BCF guidelines, while monitoring product quality trends and implementing corrective/preventative actions as needed, leading to continuous quality improvement. This position manages the laboratories or production floor activities while participating in quality and food safe initiated improvement projects and provides temporary project support as needed for innovation, research & development (R&D) and pilot projects at Bay Center. The Quality Manager II is a champion for Growing Excellence and takes ownership of Daily Management Systems, Daily Direction Setting and OGSM to enable the facility to achieve the site’s CBN (Compelling Business Need).
This role requires the flexibility to provide support to a 24-hour manufacturing facility and must be able to support all defined shifts per manufacturing and lab schedules. Additionally, regular weekend support may be required during increased business demand.
The Manager II, Quality, will report directly to the Sr. Director, Bay Center Foods and will lead in a way that supports Chick-Fil-A’s vision and strategy while embodying the corporate purpose.
As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $220,000.00 to $230,000.00 This pay scale takes into account a wide range of business factors and may change over time.

OPERATIONS/LAB support
Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry
Experience: 7+ years previous manufacturing QA/QC and/or laboratory experience in food industry and prior supervisory experience required
