The ideal candidate brings a strong background in Quality Assurance within the beauty or broader CPG industry, preferably with experience across skincare, cosmetics, haircare, or personal care; prestige product experience is a plus. Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements, GMP standards, AQL inspections, and quality oversight within kitting/assembly environments. Experience with FDA regulations and cosmetic compliance, including familiarity with MoCRA (2022), 21 CFR Parts 210, 211, 700, and 710, FDA Cosmetic GMP Guidance, and ISO 22716. Proven ability to build, maintain, and improve quality systems, including process and system validations. Experience developing manufacturing SOPs related to material controls, batch records, in-process sampling, AQL levels, contamination control, microbial testing, retention samples, and returns/complaint handling. As well as the ability to travel to multiple locations within the Inland Empire is required.
