We are currently hiring for a Quality Assurance Manager.

The Quality Assurance Manager's main objective is, overseeing a designated cluster of hotels within the group and ensuring they adhere to the highest brand quality standards while integrating sustainable practices into operations. Reporting to the Senior Quality Assurance Manager, this role requires compliance with Health & Safety international hospitality standards, environmental initiatives, and continuous improvement processes

Your main responsibilities

  • Conduct brand audits and internal inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including ISO and HACCP standards.
  • Coordinate and ensure the availability and proper use of all printed collateral and signage related to health & safety, sustainability, and brand across company facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national regulations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality, quality, or compliance.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • Deep knowledge of international hospitality quality standards (e.g., Marriott, Hilton) and sustainability frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with corporate representatives, hotel staff, and external sustainability partners.
  • Experience working with international hotel brands (e.g., Marriott, Hilton) and understanding of their service and quality standards.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Primarily based in a corporate office environment; periodic travel to properties is required to conduct audits.
