Job Description

Job Identification:

We are looking for a highly skilled Group Quality & Food Safety Manager to lead, standardize, and continuously improve the Quality and Food Safety (QFS) governance across all CCI countries. This role ensures that all Coca-Cola Company and local legal requirements are fully met, while driving value‑adding initiatives, strengthening system performance, and supporting facilities in their certification and audit processes.

What We Expect:

· Develop and implement QFS programs to support daily operations and long‑term system improvements across all CCI countries.

· Deploy Group Office QFS standards and ensure consistent application across the organization.

· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (The Coca-Cola Company, suppliers, regulatory bodies, facilities) to ensure effective communication and alignment.

· Ensure compliance with local legislation, The Coca-Cola Comapny requirements, and support countries in obtaining and maintaining ISO certifications (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000).

· Monitor, report, and support QFS incidents, corrective actions, and follow‑up activities.

· Conduct and lead QFS audits, verify compliance, and provide improvement recommendations.

· Design assessment-based performance measurements and benchmark practices within and outside the Coca-Cola system.

· Develop strategies and value-adding projects to enhance the QFS systems.

· Manage and track QFS-related data,.

· Support countries in Capex planning, particularly for sustainability and environmental-related investments.

· Lead and oversee digital QFS initiatives and related transformation projects.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering (Master's preferred).

· 6–8 years of total experience, with 4–6 years in Quality or Food Safety

· ISO 9001 & FSSC 22000 certifications.

· Experience in project management, crisis management, and large-scale change initiatives

· Ability to standardize procedures, review processes, and align action plans across countries.

· Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 50%).
