Your Role:

The Quality Assurance Lot Release Technician in Bellefonte, PA will perform daily quality reviews of batch records from manufacturing and perform release on the lots in the Quality systems. Job duties include:

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards to meet specifications and good documentation practices.
  • Review batch records in audit-ready and ISO9001 compliant manner
  • Maintain controlled documents
  • Assist in the maintenance of Corrective Actions, Preventative Actions, Deviations, Customer complaints, Supplier Quality Management program and training system

Physical Attributes:

  • Moderate lifting, carrying, reaching, kneeling, standing for extended periods of time.
  • Hearing within the normal auditory range, with or without correction.
  • Possesses the technical mindset and spatial awareness necessary to work around heavy machinery and within restricted or confined spaces.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of manufacturing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology and other science fields
  • Demonstrates a strong capacity for working safely and effectively in industrial and chemical manufacturing environments.
  • Proficient in operating computer equipment to accurately review digital data and printed documentation.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance and ISO9001
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems
  • Proficient in reading and following SOPs
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical, problem-solving, and Microsoft Excel skills, capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team while maintaining effective communication.

RSREMD

Pay Range for this position: $23.00 - $44.00.

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
