Job Highlights

• Oversee resource planning and mentorship of team
• Conduct functional and non-functional testing
• Perform various levels of testing, including integration, system, and acceptance testing

As a QA Team Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing requirements, creating test plans, and executing test cases to ensure that our software meets business needs. In addition, you will oversee resource planning and mentorship of the testing team to perform functional and non-functional testing, including application integration, system, system/network integration, acceptance testing, non-functional testing, and security testing.

Responsibilities

• Estimate the test effort for assigned projects for both functional and non-functional testing
• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured functional and non-functional test plans and test cases
• Collaborate with developers on defect fixes and necessary modifications
• Execute test cases and document software defects, taking ownership from discovery through to closure
• Provide Test Summary & Test Exit Reports
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products
• Use interpersonal skills to influence others at all levels of the organization
• Fulfill additional duties, as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience working as a QA Team Leader

• At least 3 years of experience conducting feature, regression, and mobile business applications on two or more operating systems
• Experience testing Android OS and OS platforms
• Strong command of English
• Testing mindset with a passion for quality
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of agile software development principles
