The opportunity
Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services.Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

How you’ll make an impact
1. You will e xecute quality assurance processes throughout the product lifecycle to ensure compliance with customerand regulatory standards also manage product regulatory requirements and customer quality expectations, ensuring clearcommunication and integration into factory processes.
2. You will proactively identify, manage, and mitigate product and process quality risks using systematic approacheslike Failure Modes and Ećects Analysis also design and implement standardized processes and quality systems to prevent errors and enhance productquality.
3. You will lead the investigation and resolution of quality issues through structured problem-solving and correctiveactions also contribute to audits, inspections, and verifications to ensure compliance with customer requirements andregulatory standards.
4. You will develop and implement control plans to monitor and maintain quality throughout production, drivingcontinuous improvement and promote a Zero-Defect Mindset by supporting training programs and fostering a culture of proactive erroridentification and resolution.
5. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards (e.g., ISO).
3. Proficiency in failure mode and ećects analysis (FMEA), advanced product quality planning (APQP), and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement ećective solutions.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across various teams and levels of the organization.
