Job Description

Are you an experienced quality and environmental leader ready to make a national impact? Citycare Property is seeking a Quality Assurance & Environmental Manager to lead and strengthen our quality assurance and environmental systems across Aotearoa.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence, compliance and continuous improvement across a diverse and values driven organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga

• Lead and oversee quality assurance and environmental management systems across the business
• Maintain and improve ISO certifications including 9001, 14001, 45001 and 55001
• Develop and implement an improved Document Management System
• Drive continuous improvement and embed quality frameworks into operations
• Provide expert advice on legislative compliance and best practice
• Support environmental planning, reporting, audits and improvement initiatives

What You’ll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Ko:

• 5+ years’ experience in quality assurance and/or environmental management
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes
• Proven ability to influence, coach and work with senior leaders
• Experience in risk, compliance and continuous improvement frameworks
• Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in quality, environmental, risk or related discipline
• Construction, maintenance or infrastructure experience highly regarded
• Legal right to work in Aotearoa New Zealand and ability to meet pre employment checks
