Job Description

• Participate in NPI quality assurance activities (APQP) for PCBA, assembly, and testing.
• Develop and maintain QMS documentation (procedures, instructions, standards, validation protocols).
• Conduct internal, process audits and support external audits.
• Manage customer/supplier complaints using 8D methodology.
• Monitor and analyze QMS metrics for continuous improvement.
• Prepare weekly/monthly quality reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Quality Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QMS, preferably in PCBA.
• Hands-on experience with PCBA/assembly processes (SMT, soldering, assembly).
• Experience or knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of PCBA, assembly, and testing processes.
• Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610, ESD, AQL, GD&T, ISO 9001/IATF 16949 (APQP, PPAP, NCR, CAPA).
• Experience in audits, complaint handling, and data analysis.
• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.
• Fluent in Vietnamese; English proficiency (4 skills) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset, cross-functional collaboration, proactive and accountable.
