Job Description


As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will:

  • Design and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements and technical specifications.

  • Perform manual and automated testing to validate application functionality and ensure product quality.

  • Track, document, and manage bugs and issues using tools like Jira, collaborating closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

  • Conduct regression testing to verify that recent changes do not negatively impact existing features.

  • Evaluate application performance, scalability, and stability through targeted performance testing.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and UX designers to support high-quality product delivery.

  • Actively contribute to the improvement of QA processes, testing strategies, and quality standards across projects.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance, testing methodologies, and QA tools.

  • Proficiency in conducting various types of testing including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.

  • Experience with automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.

  • Solid knowledge of scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

  • Familiarity with SDLC and Agile development practices.

  • Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable test cases.

  • Identify, report, and follow up on bugs with precision and clarity.

  • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.

  • Work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-based environment.

  • Quickly adapt to new tools and technologies in a dynamic Agile environment.

  • Apply critical thinking and detail-oriented problem-solving in QA scenarios.
