Job Description

We are looking for an Oracle EBS OTC QA Analyst with a strong understanding of end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) processes The role involves working closely with business users, functional consultants, and support teams to validate OTC solutions, ensure process integrity, and improve quality and stability. Candidate should have exposure to test automation using UiPath and contribute to productivity and regression efficiency.

Must‑Have Skills (Non‑Negotiable)

OTC Functional Knowledge (Strong):

• End‑to‑end OTC flows:
  • Order Management → Pricing → Shipping → Inventory → Invoicing → AR / Collections
• Strong understanding of business scenarios:
  • Order booking, pricing adjustments, holds, shipments, returns (RMA), credit memos, receipts

Oracle EBS Modules (QA Focus):

• Order Management (OM)
• Advanced Pricing
• Shipping Execution
• Inventory
• Accounts Receivable (AR) & Collections

QA & Testing Experience:

• Test strategy, test planning, and execution for:
  • Functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, UAT support
• Creation and maintenance of:
  • Test scenarios, test cases, test data, and defect documentation
• Strong defect lifecycle management and root cause analysis collaboration

Key Responsibilities

• Validate OTC business flows across Oracle EBS during:
  • Enhancements, fixes, integrations, and rollouts
• Work closely with:
  • Business users to understand real‑world scenarios
  • Support and development teams to validate fixes and prevent regressions
• Execute functional, integration, and regression testing
• Support UAT cycles, defect triage, and sign‑off readiness
• Ensure test coverage across warehouse, shipping, AR, and billing scenarios

Automation Exposure (UiPath)

• Exposure to UiPath RPA for QA or operational automation, such as:
  • Regression test execution
  • Test data setup and cleanup
  • Validation of orders, shipments, invoices, and receipts
• Ability to:
  • Identify QA processes suitable for automation
  • Work with automation teams to design and validate UiPath test bots
• Focus on improving testing productivity and repeatability

Integration & Cross‑System Awareness

• Understanding of OTC integrations with:
  • Warehouse / 3PL partners
  • External billing, logistics, or downstream systems
• Ability to validate end‑to‑end data flow across interfaces and reports

Collaboration & Business Engagement

• Strong experience working with:
  • Business stakeholders, functional consultants, and support teams
• Ability to translate business scenarios into effective test cases
• Clear communication of defects, risks, and quality status

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Oracle Cloud (Fusion) OTC testing
• Experience in audit‑controlled or SOX environments
• Familiarity with test management tools (ALM, Jira, Zephyr, etc.)
• Basic understanding of EBS tables and queries for validation
