
Quality Assurance Engineer
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Louisville, KY team.
The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for coordinating the Quality Management System and ensuring the QMS stays compliant.
This individual will also serve as the Safety Site Coordinator, interfacing with Corporate Safety.They will ensure that all safe work practices and quality compliance requirements are met.
Location: Louisville, KY
Salary: $62,000-$70,000

Your Challenge
Ensure the maintenance of the calibration system for equipment, standards, and facilities.
Manage document control for external specification and internal procedures and documents.
Coordinate the round robin and proficiency testing programs according to corporate quality policies and procedures.
Manage approved vendors according to corporate quality policies and procedures.
Interface with customers to resolve customer complaints. Investigate and establish corrective actions including root cause analysis for non-conformances.
Oversee internal, customer and accreditation (A2LA & Nadcap) audits. Coordinate resolution of audit issues and findings.
Perform internal audits on-site as well as at other IMR locations.
Coordinate and ensure documentation for all training.
Lead change and Continuous Improvement activities throughout the departments
Serve as site Safety Coordinator and ensure compliance with CW Environmental Health and Safety Program.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree, engineering preferred.
Experience with handling multiple strict deadlines.
2-4 years experience in quality related positions i ncluding specification review, ISO and Nadcap audit process, and root cause analysis.
ISO9001, AS9100, NADCAP experience
