To coordinate quality control and quality improvement activities required for production in accordance with

Coca-Cola standards and legal regulations

Mission Statement

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate national Supply Chain Quality initiatives across all 7 manufacturing plants.
  • Monitor, analyze, and trend customer complaints to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate root cause analysis (RCA) investigations for quality incidents and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance digital quality dashboards for KPI monitoring, performance reporting, and data-driven decision making.
  • Act as the focal point for environmental compliance and sustainability-related quality programs across the plants
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies, including Food Authorities, Environmental Protection Agencies (EPA), and other government regulators, regarding compliance requirements and audits.
  • Conduct regular plant visits to assess compliance with quality, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Perform assessments and audits of Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs) to ensure operational effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive implementation and compliance of KORE and Regulatory requirements related to Environment, Sustainability, Waste Management, and Water Stewardship.
  • Lead national initiatives related to:

Environmental compliance

Wastewater management

Scrap and waste reduction

Sustainability projects

  • Monitor scrap generation trends, identify opportunities for reduction, and support plants in implementing improvement initiatives.
  • Support the development and deployment of environmental and sustainability standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Track and report environmental, quality and food safety performance metrics at the national level.
  • Support internal and external audits related to quality systems, environmental compliance, and sustainability requirements.
  • Prepare periodic management reports, presentations, and performance reviews for senior leadership.

Candidate Education

Engineering , (Food, Chemical Engineering degree)
