To monitor compliance with, and the adequacy of procedures required to ensure compliance and safe maintenance/ training practices are conducted as required by GCAA and other applicable standards and regulations. Monitor activities such as audits, investigations, and surveillance and subsequent follow up of the corrective actions in accordance with the Audit Program.
Manages all documentation related requests assessing the lead time, stakeholders, priority levels and manpower requirements for the efficient establishment of the process/procedure.
Undertaking audit tasks, surveillance of Etihad Engineering departments as well as external contracted service providers, assessing compliance with the applicable UAE GCAA regulations, Etihad Engineering procedures and other applicable requirements.
Verifying the effectiveness of processes, procedures, and control of the operations (as applicable based on the audit scope).
Reviewing the implementation of the quality management system during audits.
Conducting risk assessments during audits or whenever deemed necessary, liaising with the Quality Manager and relevant business partner.
Accountable for documentation, Forms and Certificates, ensuring these are approved and up to date.
Executing quality auditing and surveillance of training/ maintenance functions.
Preparing and tracking quality assurance reports.
Developing and maintaining quality assurance and training/ maintenance procedures.
Providing guidance/training on quality assurance and safety procedures.
Reviewing and approving training materials and training checklists.
Conducting QABs to assess maintenance personnel competency.
Implementing changes to maintain quality standards.
