About this role

Seasoned Quality Assurance professional. Works as an individual contributor to achieve objectives that have a significant impact on area of responsibility. May manage Quality Assurance processes and / or projects. Uses experience and knowledge to influence processes, standards, and plans to continuously improve quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzes and makes recommendations for Quality Assurance plans, guidelines, policies, and processes to ensure the achievement of Quality targets.
• Implements projects and processes to ensure overall quality is continuously improving.
• Provides production process analysis, ensuring quality standards are met and making recommendations for quality improvements.
• Conducts collection and analysis of quality information from multiple sources for the development of quality strategy and programs.
• Reviews quality improvement processes to ensure on-going reductions in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and escapes.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree – Electrical engineering, computer science, manufacturing engineering
• Experience with - ISO 9001, lean manufacturing, cross-functional problem solving, Power BI, new product development, project management
• Understanding of - printed circuit board production, supplier performance management
• Action oriented, good communicator
