• Control and monitor daily quality data, including long-term trends of key quality parameters.
• Provide technical support and feedback to production managers and lead during production process trials.
• Participate in product development and coordinate with relevant departments to plan product development.
• Monitor and maintain high product quality and implement compliance with ISO 9001.
• Prepare weekly production formulas and machine orders, coordinating with relevant departments to verify product accuracy.
• Inspect/test and analyze quality data and products that have received customer complaints, and prepare reports for relevant parties. Work with relevant parties to identify root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions.
• Inspect and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments to ensure readiness for use.
• Adhere to quality, safety, and environmental policies, and supervise subordinates to ensure compliance with these policies.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical, Ceramic, or related fields.
• Good command in English.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing.
Lead the team in achieving goals within the Continuous Improvement Framework, utilizing team meeting methodologies and Knauf values as the foundation for collaboration and problem-solving.
Minimum 5 years of experience at a supervisory level.
