Hiring Position Quality Assurance Engineer

Working Condition Hybrid

Location Bangkok, Thailand (BTS & MRT Accessible)

Pay Rate THB 30000 to THB 40000

Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Craft and implement manual and automation testing strategies to guarantee robust software quality.
• Test Planning: Create comprehensive test plans and test cases, meticulously identifying software issues.
• Coordination: Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Functional and Non-Functional Testing: Execute both functional and non-functional tests, identifying deficiencies and ensuring product excellence.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders to align product strategy with testing objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Investigate product quality issues, analyze root causes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
• Testing Techniques: Proficient in various testing techniques including manual testing, automated testing, functional testing, and non-functional testing.
• Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Robot Framework, Cypress, JMeter, Postman, Swagger, and others.
• Collaboration Tools: Familiarity with JIRA.
• Skills: Strong time-management, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Language: Proficient in English.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with coding using TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Experience with performance testing and load testing.
