Job Description


This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our software systems, including our e-
commerce platforms, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation and other internally
developed applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing
test plans, identifying software problems, and refining processes to enhance product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of all systems, configurations, and
updates.
•
Collaborate with software developers and project support teams to identify system
requirements, plan and coordinate testing activities.
•
Design, develop, and execute automation scripts.
•
Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
•
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
•
Monitor debugging process results.
•
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.


Requirements


•
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•
Proven work experience in software development and software quality assurance.
•
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
•
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
•
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
•
Experience with Microsoft Stack technologies, particularly in a retail or e-commerce
environment, is highly preferred.
