Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:
On-time batch record releases with 100% accuracy.
Independentlyreviews and approves batch record documentation.
Assembles and reviews all manufacturing or packaging documents, processingsteps, and laboratory test records.
Samples, inspects, and reviews documentation of components, labels, and finished goods for proper disposition.
Calculates product yields and reconciles deviations. Reviews non-conformance reports (NCRs) and change controls for completion and accuracy.
Has the authority to release the product if all required documents are complete,accurate, and results are within established specifications.
Has the authority to approve batchrecordminor NCRs.
Has the authority to approve batch production change control NCRs, as needed.
Communicates problems to production supervisors and/or managers. Resubmits documentation for corrective action, whererequired
Entersprocessing document information into the computersystem database.
Reports findings to QA/QC supervisor and/or managers, whererequired
Makes recommendations for corrective actions.
Enters disposition into the computersystem
Prepares reject notices for non-conformingproduct, components, or labels.
Attends meetings and communicates daily quality performance.
Conducts in-process audits and testing as assignedin order tosupport company programs and established procedures.

You'llbe most successful in this role if you have:
Support department, site, and company KPIs,pQRFT,anddQRFTmetrics.
Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot production issues related to quality and/or operational issues while meeting deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with multiple levels of employees (employees, supervisor, manager, etc.) and across multiple functions.
Subjectmatterexpert in their work area to aid in the identification of sustainable solutions to address systemic issues.
Working knowledge of equipment, safety, quality, and computer systems.
In order totake on these challenges,you'llneed to have:
HS Diploma or GED equivalent with mathematics as a required course. Exposure to chemistry and college mathematics would be a plus.
One to three years’ experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in Quality is preferred.
Ability to speak, read, and write English.
Good communicationand interpersonal skills.
Computer skills in data entry and processing.
Ability to conduct mathematical calculations.
Attention to detail.
Work Environment:
Manufacturing floor, warehouse, and office environment.

National Target Base Pay Range: $40,000.00 - $66,000.00.
The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and the New York metro, the Target Base Pay Range is $45,000.00 - $74,000.00, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.
Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications, and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws.
Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment. Our total rewards package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, Medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K match, and other wellness benefits.
Pharmavite provides compensation for all overtime hours worked by non-exempt (hourly) employees in accordance with state and federal law. The need to work overtime hours will be determined by management, based on customer and business necessity to meet the needs of our business, Pharmavite may require employees to work overtime.
Voluntary overtime requested by non-exempt employees must be approved in advance by the employee’s supervisor.
