ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individuals who are interested to join our Production team as a Quality Assurance Coordinator! In this role, you will support the execution of QA and compliance processes by ensuring accurate documentation, product registration, and alignment with quality, sustainability, and regulatory requirements across all products prior to shipment.

You will play a key role in securing day-to-day product and sustainability compliance, working closely with suppliers, Production teams, Quality Control, and global nominated labs to ensure our products meet legal, ethical, and brand standards. From validating test reports and compliance attributes to managing failed tests and supporting pre-production risk assessments, this role is critical in delivering products that are safe, compliant, and ready for market.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Degree / qualification in relevant field i.e. Fashion, Textiles, Production, Quality Assurance or Compliance
• Demonstrated experience in a similar Quality Assurance, Compliance, or Production support role
• Strong understanding of product compliance, testing requirements, and regulatory standards across global markets
• Experience managing product documentation, test reports, compliance attributes, and product registration processes
• Knowledge of packaging and labelling compliance, ensuring alignment with legal and brand standards
• Proven ability to manage failed test reports, identify risks, and coordinate resolutions with suppliers and Production teams
• Experience working directly with offshore suppliers and supplier QA teams to drive compliance during bulk production and prior to shipment
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner across Production, Quality Control, suppliers, and external labs
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• A proactive approach to problem solving, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement
