Experience in collecting, evaluating, analyzing data, developing, planning, and implementing programs.
Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.
Ability to plan, organize, and direct the work of lower- level supervisors and/or subordinates.
Experience in organizing and managing data in various modes, including Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, case management systems such as ELS, and reports.

Salary Range: $57,351 – $84,879
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Technology, Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible experience in quality assurance or quality control environments.
Experience working in environments such as manufacturing, healthcare, or service industries, where regulatory compliance and quality standards are critical, may be required.
Satisfaction of the minimum qualifications, including years of experience and service, does not entitle employees to automatic progression within the job series. Promotion to the next classification level is at the discretion of the department and the Office of Personnel Management, taking into consideration the employee’s demonstrated skills, competencies, performance, workload responsibilities, and organizational needs.
