About this role:

Wormall Civil is seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team based in Cardup. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The Quality Assurance Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality assurance processes, monitor service performance, and identify areas for improvement.

What will your day look like:

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure that our services meet or exceed customer expectations
• Monitor service performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Develop and maintain quality metrics to track performance and identify trends
• Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance processes and procedures
• Participate in the development and implementation of new services to ensure that quality standards are met from the outset
• Communicate quality issues and concerns to management and other stakeholders as needed

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, quality management, or business administration
• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and procedures
• Experience with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and highly organised
