Salary Range: $26.94 - $36.38 Hourly

The Quality Assurance Claims Specialist is responsible for evaluating warranty claims by reviewing product photos through web- and app-based systems to determine compliance with established standards and specifications. The QA Claims Specialist supports the Quality Assurance team by managing warranty claims, processing credits, and providing guidance to dealers and customers.
This role involves reviewing and validating claim data, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the timely resolution of product-related issues. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
