Hiring Position: Quality Assurance: Automation Specialist

Level: Mid-Senior Level (Open to Thai Nationals Only)

Working Condition: 100% On-Site (BTS Accessible)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Our client is a prominent and rapidly expanding FinTech company based in Bangkok, Thailand, seeking a Quality Assurance Automation Specialist to support their business growth. This role offers an international work environment within a multinational corporation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Automation Quality Assurance specialist for company's products and services.
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical designs to offer constructive and timely feedback.
• Develop automation test plans and test cases addressing both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and manage automated testing activities.
• Script test cases using Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts utilizing tools like Cypress, Cucumber (Gherkin), Robot Framework, Selenium, and others.
• Analyze automation test results, report system bugs to the development team, and maintain scripts in response to system changes.
• Perform automated regression testing after bug fixes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (developers, product managers) to identify system requirements and track the debugging process.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in QA roles, focusing on automation.
• Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum development environments.
• Proficient in writing clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in English communication (both written and spoken).
• Experience with CI/CD integration and using Git-flow commands.
• Expertise in automation testing tools such as Cypress, Cucumber (Gherkin), and Robot Framework.
• Familiarity with performance or security testing tools like JMeter, K6, WAS is a plus.
