HIRING POSITION: Quality Assurance: Automation Engineer (Open to Thai Nationals Only )

WORKING CONDITION: On-site and Hybrid with Future 4-day work week

LOCATION: BANGKOK, THAILAND (MRT Accessible)

PAY RATE: THB 50000 to THB 80000

Responsibilities:

• Craft and create automated test scripts using industry-standard testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, RobotFramework, Playwright, and Appium.
• Execute both manual and automated test cases to pinpoint and report software defects.
• Analyze test outcomes and diagnose the root cause of issues.
• Collaborate closely with developers to address bugs and enhance code quality.
• Participate actively in code reviews for test automation scripts.
• Stay abreast of the latest testing tools and methodologies such as BDD and API testing.
• Contribute towards enhancing the test automation framework.

Qualifications:

• Possess 5+ years of experience in a Test Engineer or similar role.
• Have a solid grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies like black-box testing and white-box testing.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Java, and JavaScript.
• Skilled in utilizing automation testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, RobotFramework, Playwright, and Appium.
• Experience with API testing tools would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with mobile app testing.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools.
• Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms.
• Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
