HIRING POSITION: Quality Assurance and Risk Management Lead

WORKING CONDITION: ON-SITE

LOCATION: BANGKOK, THAILAND (MRT ACCESSIBLE)

• Oversee 3 core functions - Risk Management, Security Operations, and Quality Control
• Set directions and ensure mitigation strategy for operation and compliance risks
• Uplift security operations to investigate, prevent, and deter any fraud activities within the organization
• Ensure operation adherence to company standard operation policy. Conducting operation audits and establishing policies to improve operation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master Degree in related fields
• More 7 years experience in a Project Management would be an advantage (experience in consulting field is advantageous)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to break down problems, draw insights from data and make recommendations to business
• Outstanding critical-thinking and interpersonal skills; able to work and communicate well with cross-functional parties
• Strong communication skills in English and Thai, able to communicate clearly including well-developed interpersonal
• A proactive, fast learner, team player with ability to work in dynamic environments
• Be able to fit in with the fast-paced culture of the team
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office, able to use SQL/ python would be an advantage
