Job Description

Are you passionate about product quality, smart operations and creating impactful digital experiences in physical spaces?

Join our Digital Poster Services team in Salzburg, Austria, and help shape the quality, usability and scalability of Red Bull’s global Digital Poster solutions across point of sale, events and company environments.

IN A NUTSHELL

In this role, you will secure product quality through end-to-end Quality Assurance and test automation, while also serving as product expert and key user to support operations, improve workflows and help scale our Digital Poster solutions globally.

QUALITY ASSURANCE PLANNING

In the context of continuous feature enhancement and product development, you will translate requirements and development tickets into structured test plans, define the required quality assurance scope and provide transparent reporting on testing progress and results to Product Management and Development.

You will continuously refine our quality assurance setup and expand automated test coverage to support a growing product landscape with reliable, scalable and efficient testing practices.

QA EXECUTION

To ensure the long-term success of our solutions, product quality must be best in class. You will validate new features, updates and product improvements, ensure that acceptance criteria are met and provide clear quality assessments to support release decisions.

Your hands-on quality assurance scope spans the full stack, including backend, mobile and web applications, as well as the interaction between software and hardware components. You will design and execute test cases, build and maintain automated tests, perform integration, system, endpoint and load testing, and manage defects through to resolution in tools such as Jira.

You will also create clear documentation and reporting to increase transparency, support cross-functional alignment and drive continuous product improvement.

PRODUCT OPERATION

You will serve as the first point of contact for questions and issues related to our displays, technical installations and connected control applications, ensuring reliable day-to-day product operation.

Through your close interaction with users, you will identify needs, operational challenges and improvement opportunities, and translate these insights into actionable input for the Product and Development teams. In addition, you will help establish automations, efficient processes and AI-supported workflow improvements that enhance usability and operational efficiency.

This part of the role goes beyond classic quality assurance and gives you deep exposure to how our products are used at scale, with clear potential to take on broader end-to-end ownership over time.

SUPPORT EVENT EXECUTION

As our Digital Poster and Digital Signage solutions are frequently used at events, you will also support and coordinate the technical execution of event setups.

By being directly involved in live implementations, you will gain first-hand product experience, ensure smooth technical delivery and help create high-impact brand experiences in physical environments.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a quality assurance, software testing or product-related role, ideally with exposure to product management topics.
  • Strong experience in product testing and software quality assurance; basic coding and scripting skills are a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, think critically and work effectively under time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style, with the ability to balance attention to detail with a broader strategic perspective.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work in an international team.
  • English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.362,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.

As an employer, we value diversity and support people in developing their potential and strengths, realizing their ideas and seizing opportunities. We believe passionately that employing a diverse workforce is central to our success. We welcome applications from all members of society irrespective of age, skin colour, religion, gender, sexual orientation or origin.
