
Work Model and Location:
-This is a hybrid role requiring four days on site with the flexibility to work from home one day per week. Hours: 8-4:30pm
-Eligible candidates must live within reasonable commuting distance to 475 Crosspoint Parkway, Getzville, NY 14068.
Monitors and/or completes audits of activities of a complex nature within an assigned area of the Bank to ensure adherence to internal policies, processes and external regulations.Communicates findings to appropriate parties to mitigate recurring issues of the same nature.Identify trends in discovered issues and recommend solutions to address.
This role monitors and/or completes audits of activities of acomplex nature, either from a call monitoring and/or post-approval process within a lending function.
Associates' degree and a minimum of 2 years' work experience in the area supported, or in lieu of a degree a combined minimum of 4 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 2 years' work experience in the area supported
Strong analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with pertinent spreadsheet, word processing, database and presentation software
Detail-oriented
Bachelor's degree
