Description

We are seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Associate to join our platform engineering team in Hyderabad. This is an entry-level QA role focused on validating platform features, including UI functionality, service-level APIs, and agentic or LLM-backed components whose behavior may vary across runs.

In this role, the candidate will write and execute test cases, identify and verify defects, support regression testing, and help improve repeatable evaluation approaches for AI-enabled features as prompts, workflows, and product capabilities evolve.

No regulatory or compliance content is expected of this role. The focus is engineering quality, product behavior, functional correctness, and responsible validation of AI-assisted capabilities rather than audit, certification, or compliance work.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes

• Write and execute test cases for platform features, including Angular-based UI functionality and C#/Java/Python/API service-level functionality.
• Test agentic and LLM-backed features, including behavior that varies across runs, and help build repeatable evaluation approaches for that variability.
• Log, track, retest, and verify fixes for defects in collaboration with developers, product owners, and senior QA team members
• Support regression testing as features, prompts, workflows, and product behavior change over time.
• Review AI-generated outputs or system responses with attention to correctness, consistency, usefulness, and safe reliance before raising or closing test observations
• Document test results clearly and communicate defects, risks, and observations in a concise and actionable manner
• Demonstrate curiosity, accountability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn modern QA practices for AI-enabled platform capabilities

Basic Qualifications

• Foundational QA and testing skills, with strong aptitude and interest in learning structured testing practices in a product engineering environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Basic familiarity with API testing and service-level validation
• Exposure to Python or a similar scripting language is preferred for test support, automation readiness, and deeper service validation
• Baseline AI literacy, including understanding how AI works, where it can go wrong, where it can be useful, and how to direct it effectively
• Ability to evaluate AI outputs before relying on them and use AI-assisted tools responsibly within team standards and review processes
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to communicate defects, observations, and test results clearly
• Agentic or LLM testing experience is not expected on day one and will be developed on the job

Preferred Qualifications

• Any exposure to testing non-deterministic, ML-based, agentic, or LLM-backed systems
• Familiarity with Angular-based UI testing
• Exposure to API testing tools, scripting, or basic test automation concepts
• Exposure to PostgreSQL or similar relational databases is a good-to-have skill
• Exposure to AI coding tools such as Claude Code, AWS Kiro, OpenAI Codex, or similar tools is a plus, though not a required qualification at this entry level
