We are looking for a contribution-motivated QA Analyst, Associate with strong automation skills, curiosity, and a proactive mindset to help advance our vision. In this role, you will improve quality, speed, and business value by building reliable automated tests, applying AI-enabled testing where appropriate, and partnering closely with business and technology teams. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in modern test automation, accountability, continuous improvement, and a focus on secure, resilient, value-driven delivery.
You will design, execute, and improve automated tests across functional, integration, regression, and API layers, while supporting manual validation when needed. Strong skills in test analysis, test design, scripting, frameworks, and test data management are essential. Experience using AI tools to accelerate test creation, improve coverage, and increase productivity is highly valued.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Partner with business, product, and engineering teams to translate requirements into automated test scenarios that improve quality, delivery speed, and business value.
- Own quality for assigned features by defining test strategy, building maintainable automated tests, and ensuring traceability across requirements, risks, and coverage.
- Collaborate across teams to validate integrations, identify dependencies early, and embed testing into the delivery lifecycle.
- Identify quality risks, security considerations, and process gaps, and communicate practical recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and execute automated tests using modern frameworks and AI-enabled tools to improve coverage, efficiency, and feedback speed.
- Review production defects, support root cause analysis, and strengthen regression coverage to prevent recurrence.
· Share knowledge, raise automation capability across the team, and contribute to a culture of learning and accountability.
- Analyze workflows, data, and quality trends to identify improvements that simplify testing and support efficient delivery.
- Continuously build technical, functional, and AI-related skills to expand your impact and contribution.
- Work collaboratively to leverage team strengths and improve outcomes as priorities evolve.
Basic Qualifications:
· Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress, and programming in Java, Python, JavaScript, or a similar language. Familiarity with CI/CD and version control is required; AI-assisted testing tools are a plus.
· 2–5 years of experience in QA automation, web and API testing, database validation, SQL, integrations, and regression strategy.
· A degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience, learning agility, and demonstrated contribution are also valued.
· Strong understanding of Agile delivery, quality engineering, risk-based testing, and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
