Quality Assurance Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team supporting the Infor Factory Track product Factory Track is Infor’s end-to-end manufacturing automation solution, designed to streamline plant floor operations, warehouse mobility, labor tracking, and compliance across the manufacturing value chain, while updating ERPs in real time.
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a critical role in validating the reliability, accuracy, and compliance of Factory Track modules. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and cross-functional teams to ensure that data collection workflows—from raw material receipt to finished goods shipment—are thoroughly tested for functionality, performance, and scalability. Your contributions will be essential to ensuring the overall quality and robustness of the product.
This role requires a strong balance of manual testing and automation, with a focus on building and maintaining automated test coverage using Playwright with TypeScript, while ensuring comprehensive manual validation where needed.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Design, Analyze Test Scenarios and Test case document based on the requirements to implement thorough testing process.
- Involvement in Test Execution, Results Analyzing, and Defect/Task reporting and tracking through JIRA
- Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different Dev and QA teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution.
- The individual will work closely with developers, project managers and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC executing test iterations, tracking / reporting results, troubleshooting and coordinating defect resolution.
- Work in deadline driven environment/Sprint cycles and respond creatively to pressure.
- Work independently and in teams seamlessly.
- Working knowledge on project management tools like Jira, GIT, etc.
- Experience in working in Agile model.
- Testing knowledge on REST API / Webservices.
- Acquiring and sharing in-depth knowledge of integrations between various products.
- Able to help the team members as and when required.
Basic Qualifications:
- Through understanding of SDLCs.
- Experience on Automation scripts development using Playwright or ROBOT Framework or frameworks built on top of Selenium or any latest automation tools involving programming.
- Agentic development using LLM is an added advantage.
- Working knowledge on REST API / Webservices.
- Working knowledge on project management tools like Jira, GIT, etc.
- Knowledge on programming languages like Python, Java etc.
