execution without a long learning curve. The ideal candidate is an experienced
manual tester, comfortable with APIs and databases, capable of working on
critical functional scenarios in a dynamic Agile environment. The role is
explicitly short-term: concrete contribution from day one, simple and effective
testing rather than methodological perfectionism. Jira and Xray are the defect
management tools; familiarity with these tools is expected but not formally
required. Experience in automation is an asset, not a selection criterion,
which confirms that the need is primarily manual and operational. Knowledge of
the financial sector is an asset but is highly relevant to the context.
