About the role:
As part of the Operational
Strategy Team, the Quality Assurance Advisor will;
- Provide consistency of approach for auditing high-risk processes to provide consistent reporting to allow for action by identifying trends, providing clear expected outcomes and communication to stakeholders.
- Build relationships with key stakeholder to understand business needs and ways of working and reporting outcomes, trends and insight of audit scores
- Identify gaps in knowledge, process, information shared or improvements that can benefit the business
- Provide assurance of controls and performance to the Senior Leadership team
- Model and engage with culture and continuous improvement tools
Who we’re looking for:
To be successful in this
role you’ll ideally have…
- Knowledge and experience of the electricity industry and clear understanding of regulatory landscape and regulators that govern the industry
- Strong time management and prioritisation of workloads, supporting changing business priorities and risk management needs.
- Able to identify opportunities or risks, by understanding business processes and ways of working
- Experience of building strong relationships with stakeholders and excellent communication skills, ensuring information is received and required action taken.
