Job Description

Your Contribution

We are seeking a Quality Assurance professional responsible for maintaining and improving product quality after shipment.
In this role, you will not only ensure final product quality but also drive continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback. You will play a key role in strengthening our overall quality assurance system.

  • Product Quality Assurance (Electronic Products)
  • Defect Analysis and Corrective Action
  • Measurement Equipment Management
  • Quality Audits

Your Experience and Qualification

  • Valid driver’s license in Japan and ownership of a personal vehicle (for commuting)
  • High school diploma or higher
  • Business-level Japanese communication skills (including reading and writing Kanji)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and respond appropriately to stakeholders
  • Knowledge of measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers)
  • Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, email, file management)
  • Knowledge of ISO or IATF standards
  • Knowledge of electronic components and circuits
