Quality Assurance / Tokyo

Native level Japanese is required for this role

• Define quality objectives and strategies for projects, especially for upstream processes
• Provide consulting and advice to project managers
• Define upstream requirements and ensure project processes and product quality from external design to operational processes
• Identifying risks and issues, and working with project managers to address detected risks and improvement items
• Planning of operational processes with departmental personnel and the client
• Define quality assurance guidelines and project quality control, training of project members

Who should apply for this position

• 5+ years of upstream/full lifecycle project quality assurance/quality control experience.
• Knowledge of Japanese quality standards.
• Experience with quality assessment tools and techniques

• Communication skills.
• Native Japanese and English TOEIC score 800 or above.

Required language and educational background

• No academic background required
