
The Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) plays a critical role in supporting patient flow and the efficient delivery of care across the Royal Hobart Hospital. The Inpatient Services Unit (IPSU) is a key part of this function, providing essential administrative and clerical support that underpins safe, timely, and effective hospital operations.
Working as part of a broader multidisciplinary environment, the Inpatient Services Unit collaborates closely with clinical, non-clinical, and operational teams to ensure accurate information management, coordinated patient journeys, and responsive service delivery. The team is focused on continuous improvement, data quality, and maintaining high standards that directly contribute to better outcomes for patients and the Tasmanian community.
The Quality and Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting training, onboarding, and quality assurance activities for clerical staff within the Inpatient Services Unit.

$81,915 to $94,263 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
