What will you do as a Quality and Standardization Engineer:

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve Quality and Food Safety Management System processes.
• Coordinate activities related to the effective operation of the Quality Management System.
• Organize HACCP and other certification-related training programs for employees.
• Lead and coordinate the HACCP team.
• Investigate and analyze customer complaints related to product quality and food safety.
• Analyze non-conforming products and participate in corrective action implementation.
• Plan and conduct internal audits, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Participate in cross-audits with other Bunge facilities.
• Maintain and update FSMS documentation.
• Organize and support external audits.
• Coordinate third-party audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.
• Conduct FSMS verification activities.

What we expect from the candidate:

• Higher education in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of food and feed safety regulations and statutory requirements.
• Knowledge of ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, EFISC, Kosher, and Halal standards.
• Understanding of manufacturing and technological processes.
• Experience working with HACCP and FSMS systems.
• Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, Microsoft Forms, and SAP.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience supporting external audits and certification processes.
• Experience conducting internal audits.
• Experience managing corrective and preventive action plans.
