The PAD North America Quality Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving quality and process excellence across all Product Groups in the region. This position oversees project and product quality throughout all phases and ensures full compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IEC 62443, ANDRITZ Group regulations, PAD processes, cybersecurity requirements, and applicable customer contracts.
The Quality Manager serves as the primary point of contact for quality matters in the PAD North America region, maintains required certifications, leads lessons-learned initiatives, supports assessments and audits, drives continuous improvement, coordinates non-conformance management, and steers quality reporting activities. The role works closely with the Global Head of PAD Quality, Health, Safety & Environment, the Head of PAD NA, and the leaders of each North American Product Group.
