Job Description

Ghostrock, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a recognized leader in Federal Government contracting, is seeking a Quality and Compliance Specialist/Management Analyst III.

• Review CAEI projects for compliance to the ISO standard.

• Ensure that CAEI policies are in line with current government policies and that reporting and collection of data falls within the government’s required compliance reporting.

• Manage the CAEI risk system per the ISO standard.

• Review and update Management System documents to maintain accuracy with current ISO and Navy policy.

• Assist the government Quality Manager with the review of “work in process” efforts to assure compliance to build or production standards as required by the project.

• Review reporting efforts as well as work efforts to find improvements and potential efficiencies.

• Review and report on all facets of the materials falling under customer care to maintain ISO compliance.

• Assist the government Quality Manager with the creation and entry of corrective actions when found. Assist with the reporting, review, and validation of compliance.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business.

• Experience: Six (6) years of experience, to include: Development of Program Acquisition Documentation, Development of Testing Criteria, Development of Corrective Action Systems, Development of Program Monitoring Approach, e.g., Program Evaluation Review Technique (PERT), Critical Path Method (CPM), EVM, etc. Analysis of Programs Health, Data Collection and Analysis, Development of Cost Estimates, and Development of Program Status Reports.
