As a Quality Analyst User Quality, you will:
Take ownership of quality checks for operational tasks like legal account restrictions, blocked users, and transaction reviews.
Spot process gaps and fix them with simple, effective, data-driven solutions. ✍️
Leverage AI to speed up checks and improve accuracy across our quality processes. 🤖
Keep the user’s perspective at the center, ensuring a smooth and secure experience every time. ✨
You have experience with compliance tasks such as legal account restrictions, blocked users, or transaction reviews.
You’re confident working with data and can use dashboards to find insights.
You easily spot process gaps and know how to create smart solutions.
You’re comfortable using AI tools to improve quality and automate routine checks.
You communicate clearly in English and work well with a global team. 🌐
