Job Description

• Knowledge of quality assurance, process improvements, domain, etc

• Monitoring and Reviewing

• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office – MS Excel, Power Point, Word Doc

• Strong knowledge in the process

• Fosters a spirit of collaboration and teamwork

• Conformance to policies / compliances with auditing skills and eye for details

• Ability to coach and give feedback on an ongoing basis.

• Problem solving skills

The Quality Compliance Analyst monitors process transactions to ensure client standards are met as well as process improvement opportunities identified

  • Monitoring of transactions as per process guidelines
  • Providing event-based and frequency-based feedback
  • Assisting Ops-AMs in identifying training needs for the agents and process level issues that can help improve performance
  • Participating in team huddles and providing brief on Quality performance in the process
  • Brief new agents joining the process and explain how the quality function operates in the process
  • Co-ordinate all process improvement initiatives

    Primary External Interactions

  • Client, for the process Quality interactions and calibration sessions.

Graduate in any stream

Minimum 1 year of experience in the process
