We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Quality Analyst
to support quality assurance operations in a high-volume noodles production plant. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with food safety standards, conduct regular quality checks throughout the production process, and help maintain the overall integrity of the product from raw material to packaging.This is a hands-on role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding quality standards in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.

• 
  Conduct quality control checks on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products on the noodles production line.
• 
  Implement and monitor QA standards for
  snacks, seasoning, and noodles production
  .
• 
  Conduct routine inspections, testing, and audits to maintain product quality.
• 
  Coordinate with production teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
• 
  Develop and maintain QA documentation and reports.
• 
  Train and guide team members on quality standards and procedures.
• 
  Monitor and document critical control points (CCPs) and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, HACCP).
• 
  Assist with laboratory testing including microbiological and chemical analysis of products and ingredients.
• 
  Support in identifying root causes of product non-conformance and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• 
  Maintain comprehensive quality records and documentation required for audits and inspections.
• 
  Ensure that hygiene, safety, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) protocols are consistently followed on the production floor.
• 
  Collaborate with production, engineering, and warehouse teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve processes.
• 
  Participate in internal and external quality audits and help close any findings on time.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Industrial Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field
• 
  3–5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within a food manufacturing facility(preferably in noodle, pasta, or flour-based products)
• 
  Good understanding of food safety management systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000)
• 
  ​
  Proven exposure in
  snacks, seasoning, and noodles production
  is required.
• 
  Hands-on experience with lab testing equipment and quality monitoring tools.
• 
  Strong communication, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• 
  Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines in a production setting.
