We are looking f or a Quality Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is motivated to strengthen systems, solve complex problems, and influence outcomes across the business. This role sits at the center of operations, where quality, engineering, and production intersect. In this role, you will own and enhance the systems that ensure our products meet the highest standards, every time.

JOB PURPOSE: This role is a member of the Norcross Facility Technical Staff reporting to the Quality Manager. Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Norcross Facilities’ Quality Management System and its compliance with ISO-9001. Actively communicates and participates in a continuous improvement environment, driving enhancements to current methods, policies, and procedures.

This role supports fast-paced operations and is expected to be able to assess risk and impact on the facility for all types of nonconformities (supplier, customer complaints, internal process deviations, or product defects) and drive the impacted cross-functional partners (including operations and engineering) to develop needed solutions.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and continuously improve the site’s ISO 9001 day-to-day Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Engage in best practices of change management when implementing or reviewing the implementation of a new process or changes to a process
  • Day-to-day operation of the Quality Management System, which includes ensuring the right metrics are in place to oversee the QMS performance, and the monitoring results are tracked to determine whether improvements need to be made
  • Have the ability to know when to escalate to ensure cross-functional teams can mitigate any high risks on time
  • Identify and mitigate risk across suppliers, processes, and products before issues escalate
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for defects, deviations, and customer concerns
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to implement lasting solutions
  • Oversee supplier and raw material quality programs, ensuring consistency and improvement
  • Manage calibration and documentation control processes to maintain compliance and audit readiness
  • Support and lead audit activities, both internal and 3rd party external
  • Turn data into action by establishing, tracking, and improving key quality metrics
  • Apply strong change management practices to ensure the successful adoption of process improvements
  • Lead raw material control program, including supply quality control and improvement
  • Maintain equipment calibration program(s)
  • Maintain internal and external documentation control program
  • Other quality functions as determined by the customer or business

MINIMUM EDUCATION

REQUIRED: Associate degree or higher.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED: 2-5 Years of manufacturing experience

ADDITIONAL QUAL IFICATIONS: (Preferred qualifications)

  • Internal Quality Auditor certification
  • Strong hands-on experience with problem-solving and related tools
  • Six Sigma Green Belt

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

  • ISO 9001 Quality Management System Requirements
  • Internal quality audit techniques
  • Effective communicator (verbal and written)
  • Self-motivated, independent worker, strong time management skills
  • Working knowledge of statistical quality control methodologies
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams
