Strong sensory evaluation and organoleptic assessment skills.
Knowledge of sensory profiling techniques and methodologies.
Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Science Graduate (Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related discipline).
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Quality Control, Sensory Evaluation, or Product Testing within the Food & Beverage industry.
Experience in beverage sensory evaluation is highly preferred.
Exposure to quality assurance and product development environments is an advantage.
Ensure consistent product quality through sensory excellence.
Support innovation by evaluating new formulations and product improvements.
Drive consumer satisfaction by maintaining superior sensory standards.
Collaborate with global teams to influence product quality and market success.
Experience leading trained sensory panels.
Knowledge of sensory data interpretation and statistical analysis.
Exposure to flavor, fragrance, beverage, or food product development.
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Passion for sensory science and delivering exceptional consumer experiences.
