What will you do?

• Monitor quality processes and customer interactions to ensure compliance with standards.
• Analyze quality metrics, identify trends, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and other stakeholders to drive improvement initiatives.
• Provide feedback and reports on quality performance and key trends.

Maintain quality documentation, reporting standards, and data accuracy.

What are we looking for?

• Fluency in at least one co-official language of Spain: Catalan, Valencian, Galician, or Basque.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field, with 2–4 years of experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Professionalism and the ability to build effective working relationships.

• Salary 22.000 euros gross/year + up to 3.500 euros gross/year in bonus
