In your first year as Quality Analyst, you will ensure that every product leaving our factory meets the highest standards of quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance. This role is essential to maintaining the trust of our consumers and customers by delivering safe, reliable, and delicious food. You will work closely with Production and Operations teams to monitor product specifications and resolve quality issues, directly impacting the consistency and safety of the food we produce. Your work supports Flora Food Group’s commitment to building a sustainable future with culinary solutions that meet real needs in every kitchen.
You will own the quality assurance process, driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with food safety systems and customer requirements. Your data-driven approach will support root cause analysis and corrective actions, helping to maintain product consistency and reduce quality deviations. Success will be measured by adherence to product specifications, audit results, and the effectiveness of corrective actions implemented.
This role reports to the Quality Manager and works within a dedicated manufacturing quality team. You will collaborate closely with Production, Operations, and Food Safety teams to uphold rigorous standards and sustainable practices. Your work ensures long-term product safety and quality, protecting both consumers and the communities we serve. You will contribute to a culture of accountability and continuous learning across functions.
As a food lover and quality advocate, you bring curiosity and precision to every test and inspection. You understand the importance of taste, nutrition, functionality, and reliability in every product we make. Your commitment to excellence helps Flora Food Group deliver food that delights consumers and meets evolving food safety standards.
You have a background in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or a related field, combined with hands-on experience in food manufacturing quality or food safety environments. You are skilled in analytical testing, interpreting results, and applying food safety principles such as HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices. You communicate clearly and work effectively both independently and with cross-functional teams. You bring attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
You take pride in working for a company with over 150 years of expertise in food, and you understand that excellent work in every function is what allows Flora Food Group to put better food on tables around the world. You bring the same rigour and care to your discipline that our teams bring to every product, because how we work is as important as what we make.
This role typically leads to senior quality positions within manufacturing or food safety, where you can take on greater responsibility for quality systems and team leadership. Over time, you may progress to roles that influence broader operational quality strategies or regulatory compliance across multiple sites.
