As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will work with the QA Manager to establish a process of Built In Quality throughout each Value Stream in the facility.
This may include, but not be limited to:


• Evaluate customer returns and determine root cause/correction action to resolve and prevent future occurrences.
• Ensure control plans and FMEA’s are being reviewed
• Start the quality escalation presentation for quality projects and populates the information received
• Ensure RCCA’s are effective, so products being built meet customer expectations
• Work safely at ALL times and comply with safety regulations regarding the use of protective equipment and devices.
• Offer suggestions relative to improving work process, procedures, productivity, job safety or work environment.
• Perform other miscellaneous job duties and related functions as directed by Manager supervisor or other designated person.
• Perform as a team member with the willingness and attitude to work with others to resolve problems. Must also maintain a good working relationship with others within the organization.

Basic Qualifications:
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Previous experience understanding and applying Written Quality Policies
• Ability to execute a written checklist
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, customer specifications, SPC-Statistical process control data and charts, calibration records, process control plans, and various quality related data
• Excellent written communication
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other employees of the organization.

Top Candidates will have:
Previous job-related experience
• 1 year experience with Paint Application systems, Final finishing and storage, and/or Warehouse operations
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Ability to navigate and maintain file structure on shared drive and/or Sharepoint
• Experience with Creo View
• Experience participating and leading Root Cause Analysis


Core Competency of this Role:
• This role will be supporting the Paint / Assembly / Logistics / Warehouse team
o Performing daily / weekly / quarterly inspections and audits
o Routinely testing paint system performance
o Assisting with Pre Delivery Inspection processes
o Working with Logistics and Warehouse teams to setup proper storage / rotation / inspection of perishable goods
o Helping to troubleshoot day to day quality issues and resolving problems quickly
o Working with employees, Team Leads, and Supervisors to provide training and feedback to the team to improve Built In Quality checklists and observations.

Pay Range:

$26.15 - $39.23
