Leidos Mission Assurance is seeking a talented Quality Analyst to join our Space Systems team in Huntsville, AL. Primary responsibilities will be with the Wide Field of View (WFOV) program which is an optical payload on a missile warning and tracking satellite. You will play a critical role in ensuring mechanical and electrical spaceflight hardware meets all requirements. Work is primarily first shift, Monday-Friday.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Quality Analyst will work cross-functionally with Quality Engineers, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program Management to ensure product integrity and compliance throughout the lifecycle.
• Gather manufacturing and supplier pedigree documentation for presentation to the end customer in accordance with the contract statement of work and CDRL.
• Generate/prepare AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs)
• Maintain database for final Acceptance Data Packages.
• Upload and maintain pedigree files.
• Ensure quality note flow downs to suppliers are supported.
• Ensure adherence to AS9100, customer, and regulatory requirements across the program.
• Support the resolution and documentation of non-conformances and root cause investigations.
• Participate in internal and 3rd party audits.
• Quality duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
• Candidate must have Bachelor degree with 2-4 years experience
• Candidate must have experience in basic Microsoft modules
• Candidate must be a resident of, or willing to relocate to, the Huntsville, AL area.
• Candidate must be a US Citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
• Relevant experience with quality control in an ISO9001/AS9100 system or equivalent experience in DOD, Aerospace, or manufacturing quality control.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma
• Knowledge of Problem Solving / Root Cause Methodology
• Experience compiling End Item Data Packages

Pay Range $59,150.00 - $106,925.00
