Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Quality Administrator to join our team, specialising in claims administration and quality support within our UK Logistics Centre in Daventry, UK.
This is a permanent, on-site position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Deliver accurate and timely processing of customer claims, ensuring service level agreements are consistently met.
- Improve data quality by extracting, validating, and maintaining precise claim information across templates and trackers.
- Support faster claim resolution by proactively liaising with internal stakeholders to gather information and close cases.
- Provide valuable insights by producing reliable weekly customer performance reports.
- Enable effective financial and operational processes by raising Advice Notes, RMAs, and debit notes correctly.
- Strengthen customer relationships through responsive, professional communication and a customer-focused approach.
- Contribute to operational efficiency by utilising systems such as Ariba and quickly adapting to new tools.
- Maintain a safe and compliant working environment by actively following Health, Safety and Environmental standards.

Education/Experience:
- Secondary education or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, or claims-related role is desirable but not essential.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with systems such as Ariba or the ability to quickly learn new systems is advantageous.
