Job Responsibilities:

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Mitarbeit in der Qualitätsvorausplanung (APQP/CPMP) innerhalb von Entwicklungs- und Serienprojekten
• Bewertung von Kundenanforderungen hinsichtlich technischer Machbarkeit (Qualitäts- und Prüfanforderungen)
• Planung und Umsetzung von Prüfkonzepten sowie Konzeption und Beschaffung von Prüfmitteln
• Aufbau und Pflege von Prozess-FMEAs in Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagement und Produktion
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von PPAP-Vorgaben und Durchführung von Requalifikationen
• Analyse von Reklamationen sowie Steuerung der Ursachenanalyse nach 8D-Methodik
• Einleitung, Verfolgung und Wirksamkeitsprüfung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
• Vorbereitung, Betreuung und Nachbereitung von Kunden- und internen Audits
• Überwachung von Produkt- und Prozessqualität durch Auswertung von Prüf- und Messdaten
• Erstellung und Pflege von Qualitätsdokumentationen sowie Projektstatusberichten
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Fachbereichen

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung in der Qualitätsplanung, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld
• Kenntnisse gängiger Qualitätsmethoden (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, 8D etc.)
• Strukturierte, analytische und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke sowie Teamfähigkeit
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
